1. I am looking for a specific product and I don't see it in your catalog. Do you also carry "abc" shirts or "xyz" hats?
We have wholesale relationships with hundreds of vendors - far too many to include on our website. Please contact our office at 866-530-5646 or info@shorelineofny.com for assistance with locating a specific item.
2. I have an idea for a design, but I'm having trouble creating it. Do you have graphic design support?
Yes! Shoreline has a staff of highly talented graphic designers, who have extensive experience designing print and embroidery-ready artwork. Please call our office at 866-530-5646 or email the art department at art@shorelineofny.com.
3. Will I see a proof of my design before my order is completed?
You will receive an order confirmation after your order is placed. If your order is for screen printing, a pdf art proof will be emailed to you for your approval. If your order is for embroidered garments, a high-resolution photograph of the embroidered logo will be emailed to you. If a physical sewout of the embroidered logo is required, one will be provided at no additional charge.
4. My company or organization has tax-exempt status or my order is for resale. How do I convey this to you?
If your company or organization is located in NY State, but is excluded from sales tax, please write your tax identification number in the comments section when placing your order.
5. I am interested in specialty printing or embroidery; i.e. printing with foil, caviar beads, metallic inks or 3D embroidery. Are these services that you offer?
Yes! Specialty printing and embroidery are available for additional fees. Please contact our office at 866-530-5646 or info@shorelineofny.com for further information.
6. What are your preferred file types for artwork submission?
Our design lab currently accepts jpg, gif, png, or smaller (up to 5MB) pdf files. If your logo is only available in another file type, such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, please place your order through our sales department, which can be reached at 866-530-5646 or info@shorelineofny.com.
7. When will I receive my order?
All orders are completed within one week of artwork approval. You may choose to expedite the shipping method of your order at checkout.
8. Can you accommodate rush orders?

9. Do you offer contract embroidery and screenprinting services?

The proof that is provided for your new screenprinting order will accurately depict the colors, scale, and layout of your designs.
The emailed sewout that you will receive for every new embroidery order will show a magnified photograph of your embroidered logo. If you wish to see a physical sample of your embroidered logo, one will be provided free of charge. Additionally, 95% of all orders are completed and shipped within three days of proof approval.
If you receive your order and the garments are defective or the customization is significantly different from the supplied proofs, we will accept a return of the order, within two weeks, and we will provide you with a 100% refund of your money. Guaranteed!
