User Agreement
By using the Shoreline Inc. e-commerce website, the User of the site agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Payment Policies
Payment is due when your order is placed. Shoreline Inc. accepts online or telephone payment via credit card, debit card, or electronic check (ACH). All electronic payments are securely transmitted.
Returns Policy
Shoreline Inc. is committed to producing exceptionally high-quality merchandise. We have strict processes in place to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Because customized apparel, accessories, and promotional products cannot be re-sold, Shoreline Inc. only accepts returns for the following reasons:
- The blank items are materially defective.
- The order is for a date-sensitive event and the deadline is missed because of a production error at Shoreline Inc. Shipping delays do not constitute a reason for return – please note that FedEx and UPS do not assume responsibility for weather-related delays.
- The quality of the customization is below a reasonable range of expectations.
- The end product is materially different from the approved proof.
Use of Copyrighted/Trademarked Material Shoreline Inc. will not knowingly reproduce a logo or design in violation of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws. We will put forth our best efforts to reject orders that incorporate the logos or designs of another party without that party’s permission. Please do not place such orders on our site. If an order is produced that infringes on any of the above laws and Shoreline Inc. is not aware that the order is in violation, the person or entity that placed the order assumes all responsibility for the offense. If you believe your protected material has been used without your permission by Shoreline Inc., please provide us with written notification:

Dispute Resolution
Good Faith Negotiation: The parties agree that any dispute, controversy, claim, or disagreement arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, validity, or enforceability of any provision of this Agreement (each a Dispute) shall be negotiated between them in good faith in an attempt to reach a just and equitable solution satisfactory to both parties for a period of thirty (30) days.
Governing Law; Exclusive Choice of Forum:This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York. Any Dispute not remedied within thirty (30) days after complying with the Obligations set forth in the preceding paragraph, shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association, Commercial Arbitrative Rules in Westchester County, State of New York. Arbitration will be heard in Westchester County, New York.
Privacy Policy
Shoreline Inc. will not give or sell to anyone specific information about you or the orders you have placed on our website, other than to confirm authorized use of a protected logo or design, if we have concerns that is being used improperly. Internally, email addresses and contact information are collected for marketing purposes and for customer service issues. If you wish to opt-out of marketing campaigns, you can easily do so once you receive a promotional email.
